This company is the absolute worst! They installed my doorbell and the only place you can hear it ring is outside. They told me it was hard wired to the old doorbell, the installer never touched the old doorbell chimes in the house. Their solution add another regular doorbell outside so now I have two doorbell outside
Not able to view camera areas, just spinning/loading, with nothing in the end.
Please do not sign with this company, stay away, read their terms of service in contract. I signed for 42 months, sent them my request in writing to cancel service 30 days before my contract expiration date, letter was delayed due to COVID-19 and company changed address, they didn't care, they said they didn't receive the letter on time. So, automatically was signed for another contract for 36 months, 2 years later I called to cancel my contract, dude tells me they can't cancel contract until
You cannot cancel until contract is up.
It always refuses to open when I am sitting in my car to the.point that I have to get back in the house to arm it.
Tried to arm my system yesterday. Tried eight times but it kept telling me my front door was open, when it wasn't, so I couldn't arm my system when I left the house.
It never works, I always have to restart my phone several times. I talked to the technical support already a few times and they blamed it on my phone, but I have a new phone now and it still happens. Also interesting that all other apps work without problems.

This app is horrible! The company is a joke. They are scammers. My camera never acted right. Could not get anyone to come out to check it out. They renew your contract without your permission. Management is a joke. Once I didn't have any security for four months and I was out of town. My system kept going off all day and night. I finally had to disconnect it because I couldn't get a technician to check it out. Avoid this company at all cost! They need to be sued!!!!
I had a great experience with Fluent until I had to suspend my service while I was renovating my house. They made my experience a living hell. They kept charging my credit card for 7 months that I didn't use their service. They played the cat and mouse game and FLUENT told me to talk to API and API told me to talk to FLUENT. Long story short I got frustrated and cancelled my service. Customer service long holds on the phone line are quite frustrating too. For a company that charges so much you'd think they will have better customer service. Please STAY AWAY.
